Welcome to Kudoo.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Kudoo.ai provides AI-assisted exam preparation tools, including study plans, notes, flashcards, practice tests, and scoring. Features may change as we improve the Service; we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and any acceptable use rules we publish on the site.

You retain rights in content you upload. By uploading materials, you grant Kudoo.ai a licence to host, process, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, including quality assurance and product improvement, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kudoo.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or HK$100 if none).
